\nEl concejal radical Mart\u00edn Ros\u00faa present\u00f3 una modificaci\u00f3n a la ordenanza vigente sobre ruidos molestos para permitir que cualquier vecino pueda denunciar molestias causadas por obras en construcci\u00f3n, independientemente de su domicilio. Tambi\u00e9n podr\u00e1 elevar su queja en caso de incumplimiento de horarios de trabajo o realizaci\u00f3n de tareas los domingos o feriados, algo ya prohibido por la normativa vigente.
\nHasta ahora, seg\u00fan la ordenanza vigente, s\u00f3lo pueden realizar quejas formales los vecinos linderos, exclusivamente por los trabajos que se realizan sobre muros medianeros de las obras en construcci\u00f3n.
\n“Muchas veces los vecinos que deben convivir con obras en construcci\u00f3n ubicadas en inmuebles cercanos se ven impedidos de realizar las denuncias correspondientes y de ejercer sus derechos por el solo hecho de no ser linderos a las obras; eso nos parece una limitaci\u00f3n de derechos absurda que plantea la norma vigente. Hemos recibido numerosas denuncias a trav\u00e9s de las redes sociales y en el \u00e1mbito del Concejo de ciudadanos que se sienten completamente desprotegidos por un formalismo legal\u201d, apunt\u00f3 el radical.
\nLas modificaciones que solicita el concejal implican que se contemplen horarios precisos para cualquier trabajo que se ejecute en obras en construcci\u00f3n que genere ruidos molestos o vibraciones. Las tareas deber\u00e1n realizarse de 8 a 13 y de 15 a 19. Quedar\u00e1 adem\u00e1s expresamente prohibido realizar estas actividades los domingos y feriados.
\nPara Ros\u00faa, esta modificaci\u00f3n que ahora contempla tambi\u00e9n a los vecinos no linderos tiene por objeto prevenir, controlar y corregir la contaminaci\u00f3n ac\u00fastica que afecta a las personas vecinas, al medio ambiente y a las edificaciones protegi\u00e9ndolos contra ruidos y vibraciones.
